Tanner is ready to move up and be more visible within the ministry outreach of The Glory Chain.
This new ministry will create a space for him on the leadership team that will give more opportunity to be involved.
This ministry is also referred to as LECTOR .... One who reads the scriptures aloud
TODAY 9/29/26 WE NOT ONLY SET TANNER IN PLACE OF THIS POSITION, WE ACTUALLY ARE COMING IN TO AGREEMENT WITH HEAVEN'S HEARTBEAT..... WE WILL ALSO ADDRESS OUR OTHER MEMBERS OF THE TEAM....
TANNERS NEW MINISTRY WILL LOOK LIKE THIS:
1. I will send Tanner the portion(s) of scripture that I am preparing to teach
2. Tanner will Narrate the portion of scripture that I send him /
3. I will POST it to our Youtube Channel
4. I will teach on that exact portion of scripture using the same translation so that it explains in
simple language, the Word of God
GOAL:
SO THAT THE HEARER of the Word will also become the STUDENT of the Word so that they may:
1. Store the Word of God in their Hearts ..... so that :
(FOR OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART, THEY WILL SPEAK GOD'S WORD)
Luke 6:44,45 says: - Every tree will be revealed by the quality of fruit that it produces. You will never pick figs or grapes from thorn trees. People are known in this same way. Out of the virtue stored in their hearts, good and upright people will produce good fruit. Likewise, out of the evil hidden in their hearts, evil ones will produce what is evil. For the overflow of what has been stored in your heart will be seen by your fruit and will be heard in your words.

CLOSE TO ELEVEN YEARS!
I ANOINT YOU with Spiritual OIL, which will SET YOU APART as you Step INTO this New Realm of Ministry Outreach to a World so Desperate to Know that THEY MATTER and that the Lords Word is being SPOKEN to Them!!!
You shall be called DEACON with the responsibility of being The Glory Chain's LECTOR or Reader ................the Title BIBLE NARRATOR is easier for people to understand. The Office or Position you hold in the Church is that of DEACON as you meet the standards put forth within scripture - but simply put, you are a Spiritual SERVANT who shall bring forth the Word of God by Reading Aloud Verse by Verse.
I pray for God's anointing to be upon you, his blood to cover you and protect you from the foe, and for Heavenly Angels to encamp about you as you SHINE BRIGHT bringing the Word of God to the Hearers that find you on TikTok or our YouTube Channel.

As we move to TikTok on May 9, 2022 we are excited to bring TANNER ROLEN on as Pastor Cindy's Advisor & Consultant (a 2 or more) This position is mostly behind the scenes as he will upon certain situations that require important decisions to be made that deal with Church Business, come alongside Pastor Cindy for prayerful discussions in making important decisions. KathyT filled this position beautifully and now Tanner shall step into this important position.
As Advisor & Consultant you need to be incredibly dependant upon the Spirit of God speaking and not feel the need to gossip or share private church matters with anybody in the congregation as it tends to cause a divided family.
When making important decisions it is imperative and vitally important that Tanner and Pastor Cindy are in FULL AGREEMENT as they go to God for answers that require important decisions to be made. We shall always require 2 votes in full agreement before making decisions. This is for the protection of the flock and reassurance that our "feelings" shall not interfere in making any decisions, but that we "BOTH" feel God's Peace in the matter.
If at any time we are "Divided" on an issue we will pray about it for a week and come back together. If at that time we are still divided then we shall bring Shirley Nelson in for wise counsel and prayer and she will be the Majority Decision in the case.
The GOOD NEWS is that we truly are a family and it is VERY SELDOM that we have ever had an issue that required a 3rd party but it is also wise to have it in place and be prepared. Rowing Together in Unity is always our Hope and To God be ALL GLORY!
Tanners Testimony: I want to say that being part of the Leadership Team I believe has helped me be more accountable in myself, and being more aware of how I act and respond to things and seeing the error in how i've responded to things that come up but I can use that to learn from it.
In short I have had more accountability from being part of the Leadership Team here which I know will definately help me down the road xox
MY NOTE: It is our Leadership Team that keeps me on my toes and helps me to be able to relax and minister to those the Lord brings to us each night!
